The restaurant is located upstairs situated between Honolulu Cafe and Voltage Land. This place is a hit or miss. The prices are quite low and they have A LOT of variety on their menu. The cheese gyoza are really good! Prices after tax will come to rounded whole numbers so you don't have to scramble for the right change. Food quality is generally good although it can be quite questionable on occasion. Portion sizes are on the smaller end of the spectrum.
